Educate

Academic Teaching:
Served as a guest professor at the University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College, teaching social work topics, facilitating lectures, grading, and tutoring students.

Specialized Training:
Developed and taught courses on suicide prevention (ASIST), human trafficking, trauma-informed care, diversity and inclusion, and victim advocacy. Over her career, she has trained over 150,000 individuals, including law enforcement, community members, and military personnel.

Military and Behavioral Health Education:
Created and delivered military-focused training, including Emotional Cycle of Deployment, Combat Operational Stress Management, and Sexual Assault Response.

Curriculum Development:
Designed and implemented programs on Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), trauma recovery, and family reintegration, tailoring materials for professional and community audiences.
